Persian-speaking legal consultant in Dubai

Dr. Bita Mousavi is an attorney at law in Iran and a legal consultant in the UAE. At the Dubai office, Persian-speaking clients can explain their matter in Persian (Farsi) and receive advice that takes both UAE and Iranian law into account. Where an appearance before UAE courts is required, a licensed UAE advocate we work with acts on the file.

Who provides the advice?

Dr. Bita Mousavi has practised law in Iran for nearly two decades and has for years acted as legal counsel and deputy with a Dubai office of licensed UAE advocates that has served Iranians for more than 25 years. Her practice covers commercial law, air and maritime transport, oil and gas and, in particular, real estate.

Advice in Persian, documents in Arabic and English

Explanations, document review and progress reports are given in Persian. Contracts and formal instruments are drafted in Arabic, English or all three, as the matter requires, to the same legal standard — so you know exactly what you are signing.

Matters we handle for Persian-speaking clients in the UAE

For Iranians and other Persian speakers living in the UAE, or dealing and investing there from Iran, our work covers:

Scope and limitations

Bita Mousavi Legal Group does not replace a licensed UAE advocate: where rights of audience before UAE courts are required, the licensed Emirati advocate we work with appears and Persian-speaking counsel run the file. After an initial review, scope and fees are confirmed in writing. This page is general information, not advice on a specific case.
